Accord Projects Ltd. start-up was 2017 by Sean McDaniel. With a wide variety of construction experience, it was from humble beginnings that Sean began his career as shop hand and sawyer in a custom millwork shop. As a trade supplier Sean has held various carpenter positions including cribbing and framing carpenter, finishing carpenter, and building custom cabinets before moving to his general contractor tenure where he worked through superintending, estimating, project coordination, project management, maintenance management and construction management, which combined he has accumulated 35 + years of experience.

"Sean renovated our small second bedroom to turn it into a beautiful nursery."

He stripped multiple layers of paint and plaster to expose an original red brick chimney. He designed and built custom shelving with under mounted lights (perfect for late night feeds and changes). As well he designed and built a custom built in armoire full of drawers. Due to the older nature of our house he found some antique hardware and had it chromed for the new door. The thought, time and effort put into this room is noticeable, and very much appreciated. It is my favorite room in the house by far.
Sean also renovated our main floor bathroom this spring. He turned a sore spot in our house to a small oasis. Custom cabinets were designed and built to the design specifications we gave. He adjusted to last minute changes in the design and we ended up with an amazing finished product.

We wanted to find someone we trusted who could work with our budget as we knew nothing about what the process would entail. After our first meeting with Sean and Amy we knew they were up for the job. They guided us through the process every step of the way. We needed to choose cabinets, layout of cabinets, flooring and wall colour. The design of the basement resulted from their expert recommendations. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule they made process very easy for us. When we had questions they were always quick to reply. The finished product was a beautiful compliment to the rest of the house.
